Refund Policy

1. Services

 

 

All services offered by Mapr Creative Strategy are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

 

Because our services are tailored to each client’s specific needs, we do not offer refunds for completed work, partially completed work, or time already invested in a project.

 

 

2. Deposits and Advance Payments

 

 

Any deposits, retainers, or advance payments are non-refundable. These payments secure project scheduling, research, planning, and initial creative development.

 

 

3. Project Cancellations

 

 

If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has begun:

 

• All completed work up to the cancellation date will remain payable

• Any outstanding balance for work already performed must be settled

• No refunds will be issued for work already completed or in progress

 

 

 

4. Exceptions

 

 

Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of Mapr Creative Strategy. Any approved refund will be limited to the unused portion of services and will not include fees for time, research, or delivered materials.

 

 

5. Deliverables and Revisions

 

 

Dissatisfaction with creative direction, subjective preferences, or changes in project scope do not constitute grounds for a refund. Revisions and adjustments are governed by the terms outlined in the project agreement.
